Construction Administrative Assistant
Construction Admin Assistant Major Responsibilities:
Complete clerical, administrative support projects for Construction Management Company as assigned by manager.
Support company construction project management, purchases, permit requests, and administrative clerical projects.
Coordinate with Construction Project Managers, and corporate office to facilitate the smooth operation of construction projects.
Processing orders and help stock and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in communications between office staff, President, HR, and Construction Project Manager
Assist management in maintaining current information for projects, permits and vendor accounts.
Help manage company documents and maintaining an up-to-date and well-organized file system in the companys Dropbox.
Assist CPM and President in managing purchase orders for projects
Help HR Department process a variety of projects depending on need
Other duties as assigned by manager
Construction Admin Assistant Qualifications:
Proficiency using MS Office (Word & Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Prior customer service skills preferred.
At least 4-5 years of experience in an office setting, construction industry preferred
Good time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required.
Training on PC and MAC computer environments.
Some experience with CRM is helpful but not essential.
High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
Must be a US Citizen
