The People Operations Coordinator will be an ambassador of the Everside Health’s culture, ensuring it’s embedded in everything we do. The People Ops Coordinator roles supports the People Operations team in a variety of programs. The position is responsible for ensuring that teammate inquiries are answered in a timely manner as a professional and energetic team player, ensuring that People Operations functions smoothly and efficiently.

A Day in the Life:
You will be an ambassador of the Everside Health’s culture, ensuring it’s embedded in everything we do. As the People Ops Coordinator you will support the People Operations team in a variety of programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that teammate inquiries are answered in a timely manner as a professional and energetic team player, ensuring that People Operations functions smoothly and efficiently.
You will make a difference at Everside Health by:
Acting as first line of support and triage for employee questions – self service guidance, basic benefits/comp questions, HRIS questions, policy questions, and reporting/data requests
Managing questions, requests, and proposals that come from employees regarding their employment, escalate as appropriate
Sorting and processing mail for HR team (in office 1x/week), packaging and shipping of teammate gifts, etc.
Creating and maintain HR processes, documentation, forms, and checklists
Monitoring and set up anniversary and birthday reporting for HR team and managers
Assisting HR team with proper organizing, maintaining and storing of HR and employee paperwork and files
Overseeing People Operations Functions: Unemployment claims, Employment verifications, EcoPass Program, Workers Compensation
Coordinating a COVID-19 program
Maintaining Everside Health Org Charts
Assisting with providing research for policies, training, planning, and other People Operations Projects.
Assisting with various People Operations Communications
Providing support for teammate file access as needed form People Operations Team
Contributing to internal process improvement and effectiveness
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the employee record
Assisting with coordination of Company Swag inventory

Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or similar relevant field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
Minimum of 2 + years’ experience in an Human Resources
Minimum 2 years’ experience with HRIS software, UKG or Workday preferred
Understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures
A foundation of HR fundamentals used to identify and solve problems
Proven track record of building relationships at all levels

What We Offer You:
Compensation: Salary of $45k – $55k; actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level
