Administrative Workforce Management
The Workforce Management associate supports the Member Service function by creating and managing workforce schedules and handling all administrative needs of the department. This position is a primary enabler of ensuring optimum service delivery and customer responsiveness by ensuring an appropriate staffing complement and coverage of the day-to-day work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, structure, communicate, award, and record periodic schedule bids for the Member Services workforce and associated work groups
Adjust schedule footprints to ensure optimal service delivery
Receive and process ad-hoc schedule and time off requests; adjust coverage as necessary
Monitor the forward workforce schedule for periods of non-optimum coverage; adjust schedules and solicit overtime as needed
Track and maintain PTO and other time-off balances for the workforce; ensure balances will not be exceeded and coordinate with HR and Payroll accordingly
Track and maintain overtime pay and all related payroll items for the workforce, coordinate with HR and Payroll accordingly
Schedule initial and recurrent training periods for the workforce. Maintain records of training and ensure all qualifications are reflected formally
Ensure proper titles, reporting structures, and hire/transfer/promotion exit dates are recorded in all systems
Monitor hiring and attrition rates; coordinate job requisitions, approvals and hiring needs to ensure staffing targets are met
Serve as the primary contact point for Accounting when customer billing issues arise; investigate and resolve appropriately
Required Skills and Knowledge

Ability to liaise and coordinate with departments both inside and outside the Member Services function, as well as with external vendors
Ability to schedule a complex workforce, ensuring optimum service delivery while ensuring quality of life

Ability to multi-task and successfully track and manage multiple, disparate projects and associated items
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
Proficiency in Slack, preferred
Proficiency in When I Work, preferred
Education and Experience
An Associate’s Degree in Management, Operations, or Aviation related Discipline
At least 2 years of professional management experience or scheduling experience desired
