Immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist with our client, a relocation specialist in the Canton area. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist responsibilities include, but not limited to, answering switchboard, reviewing, and inputting quotes, along with general administrative functions.
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position requires 1+ years of general office experience.
Salary position based on experience $35,000 – $36,000; this is a Direct Hire opportunity.
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Job Duties:
Answer multi-line phones (can be done throughout office)
Data Entry
Creating work estimates
Reviewing and proofing documents
Typing correspondence
Other duties as assigned
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Job Requirements:
Must have one plus years experience in office
Strong attention to detail; follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to learn & utilize internal software
Must be able to communicate clearly and in a professional and respectful manner with customers, co-workers and managers, and value working as a team
