Due to our continued growth, The LiRo Group is seeking an experienced Civil Structural Engineers for an immediate openings in our Buffalo or Rochester Offices to work on a wide variety of buildings and major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of structural engineering analysis and design tasks in buildings and infrastructure
Assist in site investigations to document existing conditions
Complete and review design calculations; assist in the preparation of drawings and specifications
Provide responses and solutions to issues during the construction administration phase of projects
Coordinate work product with other in-house engineering staff and architects
Utilize a broad assortment of skills on projects that range from small renovations to large scale new construction

Qualifications

7+ years of related experience
Bachelor of Science in Structural or Civil Engineering
PE required
Understanding and application of code requirements
Experience in using various structural analysis software
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
AutoCAD experience a requirement
