Solar Montana is a small but busy company that is looking to hire for the position of office administrator to help with our growing business.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between clients and field personnel, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
This position is 30 to 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. Compensation is DOE. 401 K available as well holidays and PTO.
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to client calls in a cheerful, helpful manner.
Manage incoming emails and generate responses in a punctual manner.
Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
Marketing outreach: General updates to website and FB/Linkedin accounts
Assist with project management and coordination with our installation crew.
Call clients to schedule appointments, relay messages
Occasional parts delivery to installation crews.
Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent people skills and optimistic personality with confident attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Must be well organized with excellent attention to detail
Must have a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI in the last 5 years)
Preferred:
Strong interest in Renewable Energy
+1 years experience in Construction or Energy industry
Excellent Social Media skills
Experience with Project management software such as Trello, and Google Suite
1 – 2 years of office experience
