Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with more than 4,000 lawyers and staff in 31 offices, is seeking a CLE Coordinator to reside in either the Philadelphia or New York office. Under general supervision of the Firm CLE Manager, the Firm CLE Coordinator is responsible for processing all program requests for continuing legal education (CLE) approval in various states/jurisdictions. The Firm CLE Coordinator will also serve as the backup to the Firm CLE Manager.

A hybrid work opportunity is available for this position.

Primary Functions And Responsibilities

Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
Process and submit CLE requests in multiple jurisdictions.
Review and approve course material and other related documentation for CLE accreditation.
Prepare Proof of Attendance letters.
Prepare and distribute Certificates of Attendance to all qualifying seminar participants.
Assist in research-intensive projects pertaining to MCLE accreditation and attorney compliance.
Communicate with CLE Boards and State Bars regarding CLE developments and changes.
Maintain and update related CLE databases.
Maintain accurate accredited provider records for auditing purposes.
Provide retired, firm alumna and firm clients with CLE assistance.
Prepare biennial provider accreditation renewal request.
Prepare and provide reports on CLE metrics and statistics.
Prepare and distribute CLE compliance reports.
Maintain, edit and create CLE manuals.

Maintain and update CLE MorganNet Page.
Maintain and update Attorney CLE Dashboard.

Learning Management System (viLMS+CLE)
Input and manage courses, events, and registrants in viLMS+CLE.
Serve as a contact for all viLMS+CLE inquiries.
Assist IT in creating QRGs for viLMS+CLE.

SCRIBE Library (Automated CLE Request Form)
Manage programs entered in SCRIBE Library.

This Job Requires

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of one year of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Technical skills (Microsoft Teams, Scribe, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Adobe, ViLMS + CLE).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Must have strong research skills.
Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands.
This job requires occasional travel to other Morgan Lewis offices.
