- The Associate, Servicing Support is responsible for supporting the Servicing Support
- Departments (Titles, Payment Processing, Total Loss/Ancillary Products and Back Office) by processing all requests received via multiple channels. This position focuses on
Payment Processing - Ancillary – cancelling GAP/Extended warranty/etc. on early payoffs/total loss/repo vehicles
- Process requests in accordance with Servicing Support SLAs
- Prepare and release documents as requested ensuring accuracy
- Cross train as requested to enhance department efficiencies and personal development
- Handle general incoming calls, perform follow up calls and respond to emails received.

- Experience working in high production environment
- Have agility to move from process to process based on business needs
- Banking/Credit/Auto/Mortgage experience preferred
- Schedule:* Shifts is anytime between 7AM to 6PM (8 hour shift) – Must be able to work any given shift in between those tim.
