Senior Accountant Job Vacancy In Mountain View, CA, USA

We’re looking for a proven and collaborative Senior Accountant to join our client’s team in Mountain View, CA. As the Senior Accountant, you will support accounting operations and financial reporting. Job Description: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Reconcile bank and credit card statements, and various other balance sheet account reconciliations. Generate journal entries for proper recording in general ledger and review corresponding documents. Support month-end and year-end close process. Support regularly regulatory filing and management reporting. Audit Support and preparation. Identify opportunities to streamline processes to increase timeliness, efficiency, and improve the accuracy of financial reporting. Performs other similar and related duties as required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred.5 years of Industrial Accounting experience. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process. Strong knowledge of US GAAP. Strong technical accounting background. High proficiency with Excel, v-lookup and pivot tables. Plus: Microsoft Dynamics user, strong industry experience. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
