HR/Admin Assistant Job Vacancy In United States
Gluwa is a borderless financial platform powered by blockchain. It is composed of mobile app, API, and blockchains (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and our own Creditcoin). Together, they enable you to transact with anyone on the Internet without giving up control of your money.
This role will work closely with the Operations/HR team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and send Offer Letters via DocuSign
Employment verifications
Onboarding new hires via Rippling
Perform HR/payroll processing, issuing devices, promotions, salary changes, terminations, etc. through required workflow processes.
Assist employees with benefit enrollment and changes.
Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records, files and payroll/HRIS systems.
Respond accurately, timely and thoroughly to HR/payroll and payables
Including but not limited to benefits, payroll, vacation, job positions or redirect employees to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner.
Foster a positive work environment at all times.
Perform additional duties and other ad hoc duties, as assigned
Registering Gluwa for tax numbers
About You:
2+ years of previous accounting functions with ideally, some payroll and human resource administration experience
Working knowledge of labor law and regulatory reporting requirements required
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Required
Must have prior computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Nice to have: Google Suite and Green House
4-year college degree preferred
