Due to our growth and the addition of a new plant, we are currently looking for an HR Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage HR programs, tools, processes, and policies designed to improve productivity, engagement, and business results.
Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes and conduct employee onboarding.
Coordinate training program and performance review processes.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics including leave of absence, compensation, and resolving matters within those areas.
Maintain employee files and records.
Oversee salary and benefits administration.
Stay current with local employment laws and regulations.
Performance Management and Employee relations.
Oversee Employee Training and Development.
Implement Employee benefits and retention.
Setting up and managing all further HR policies.

Profile

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
SHRM-CP certification is highly desired.
Desired certifications HRCI, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP; PHR: GPHR
At least three to four years of experience in a related HR role preferably within a
manufacturing company working with multiple shifts.

Excellent people skills.
An HR generalist with decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and can-do attitude, always looking for improvements.
Enthusiastic, open to change and innovation, and able to think out of the box.
Positive, result-driven, and hands-on attitude.
