Front Desk Receptionist Dimension Hospitality:
We are seeking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist/Clerk. Must be a well-organized and motivated individual to manage the reception and provide positive impressions along with providing support for the office personnel. The position offers customer service and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance.
Greet visitors immediately upon arrival.
Offer refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) to visitors, where applicable.
Professionally handle all phone calls and route callers or answer questions in timely and courteous manner. Everyone has a direct phone line, so phone ringing in reception is not constant.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meeting and conference calls.
Arrange travel, meals and accommodations when requested.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, typing, and faxing.
Keep all copiers filled with paper and check and replace toner as needed.
Prepare all outgoing mail and Federal express etc. and take to appropriate receptacles.
Run errands as needed.
Order office supplies, receive and store. Keep an inventory of all office supplies.
Prepare coffee and straighten breakroom throughout the day as needed.
Check company expense reports to make sure guidelines are followed.
Reconcile company credit cards as needed.
Other office clerical duties as time permits by request.
