Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with more than 4,000 lawyers and staff in 31 offices, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented self-starter to join our Employee Engagement team. The firm’s Employee Engagement Coordinator works with the Senior Manager of Employee Engagement and the other members of the Employee Engagement team on the organization and implementation of employee engagement programs for all Morgan Lewis lawyers and staff members.

This position is in the Philadelphia office and a hybrid work opportunity is available.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and materials that reinforce the Firm’s mission, unique culture and core values.
Work with Sr. Manager of Employee Engagement on multiple employee engagement surveys – communication, distribution and compilation of results.
Draft internal communications to ensure employee awareness, understanding and participation in programs related to increasing engagement.
Liaise with external vendors on larger firm initiatives such as our Upward Feedback program.
Serve as a source of information on the firm’s employee engagement programs for attorneys and staff.
Maintain employee engagement page on firm’s intranet site.
Coordinate and track participation in employee engagement programs in firm offices worldwide.
Provide support for local engagement activities and programs.
Track Employee Rewards and Recognition programs.
Maintain Firmwide Employee Engagement calendar of events and programs.
Provide general assistance, as needed, to the Chief Engagement Officer and Sr. Manager of Employee Engagement.

Education/Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, and
A minimum of 2 years of related engagement, human resources, professional development or talent management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional, service-oriented demeanor; strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people including senior professionals.
Excellent judgment, including sensitivity to confidential information.
Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills including ability to tailor written work product to appropriate audience.
Strong organization skills with a focus on attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing or competing demands.
Demonstrated resourcefulness, creativity and self-directed behavior; able to work individually as well as collaboratively as an active member of the team.
Strong working knowledge of the following software: MS-Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Teams, WebEx and Document Management Systems.
