Office Assistant
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM EST
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support to “specialty” departments, such as Corporate Risk Management.
Primary Duties May Include But Are Not Limited To
Monitors shared inboxes, fields requests, distributes communications timely, conducts research, maintains, and accesses vendor systems to retrieve scheduled and ad hoc claim reports.
Keys data and processes invoices.
Coordinates with other departments to ensure vendor contracts and state regulatory compliance.
Manages team department calendar organizing meetings and special events.
Coordinates travel plans and tracks expenses and tracking and filing documents.
Minimum Requirements
Requires H.S. Diploma and experience in an insurance office or agency; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $18.23 to $27.35
